Election integrity is a priority issue for the Georgia Republican Party and the Republican National Committee (RNC). And Georgia will now play a key role in addressing the issue at the national level. It was announced this week that Republican National Committeeman for Georgia, Jason Thompson, has been appointed to lead the RNC Committee on Election Integrity.
Thompson, an attorney in metro Atlanta, takes the helm as Chairman of the Election Integrity Committee after serving as Co-Chair for the past year, and previously leading the Subcommittee on Election Operations during the 2022 and 2024 election cycles. Thompson also currently serves on both the RNC Rules Committee and the Committee on Resolutions.
